DISTANCE REIKI is a powerful yet gentle form of energy work that goes to where it's most needed.
Reiki originated in Japan and uses hand placements at different points of the body. It can also be done remotely using certain techniques.
Previous clients of mine have reported stress reduction, ease in releasing bad habits and even no pain the next day.
Reiki is intelligent so the practitioner doesn't determine where the energy needs to go. While different areas of the body can be focused on, the energy allows balance to the area of your life that most needs it - mind, body or spirit.
In fact, it's so gentle that I've had clients have amazing shifts after the sessions and ask me... was it the Reiki? (Of course, my answer is yes!)
