This includes any online communities hosted by Cassandra Osterberg. Your use of service indicates acceptance of these terms. 

You may not use this service if you do not accept these terms.

By using this service, you agree not to hold Cassandra Osterberg liable for the information's availability, accuracy or usefulness.

By using this service you agree not to substitute it for legal, medical, business, financial or psychological advice. All readings, course material and advice arising thereof are for entertainment purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

You agree that choices and/or actions based on any information contained within these materials is your responsibility. By joining this email list (or any other course or service offered on the aforementioned sites), you agree to not take the advice given in lieu of medical, legal, or professional advice. Any action you take as a consequence of purchasing/enrolling in a course/service offered on this site or the aforementioned sites is solely your responsibility. Any information on these sites or contained in the aforementioned materials should not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

You must be 18 years of age to use this service. 

You must not have been blocked, banned or have a disabled account on any of Cassandra Osterberg The Saffron Sage or Intuitive Cassandra's online communities, including but not limited to the aforementioned sites.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

​Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour advance notice is required to reschedule booked appointments and a $30 rescheduling fee will be applied if you change the day of your booking. If you do not give me this advance notice, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. Please take the time to email me or call me if you need to reschedule. I put this time aside for you, and if you do not show or contact me, I cannot make that time available for another client. If you are late, you will forfeit that time, your reading will finish at the originally scheduled time. There is absolutely no refund or rescheduling for no shows.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for standalone videos, consulatations, packages, courses or any other services. All sales are final.

​Member Conduct

You agree NOT to use these services to:

• obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the services or servers, network, systems or data
• Make available any content that is harmful to children, threatening, abusive, hateful, defamatory, invasive to another's privacy, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable
• violate any applicable laws
• post content containing advertisements or make any attemps to solicit or promote a business - including making requests for other community members to contact you outside of Cassandra Osterberg aka "The Safron Sage"s community
• Make available any viruses or computer code or similar technology designed to destroy, interrupt or limit the function of the services or 
• Duplicate, sell, redistribute or use any content provided by Cassandra Osterberg - including but not limited to - logos, domain names, other distinctive brand features, videos, PDF files, email content, links, or articles. All content provided by Cassandra Osterberg - The Saffron Sage in all formats is for personal use only and may not be distributed in any form whatsoever. This includes sharing content in any way. 

Termination Clause

​On becoming aware of any violation of these terms, Cassandra Osterberg reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to decide whether the content complies with requirements set out in these terms and may remove and or terminate users access at any time, without prior notice and at her sole discretion. 

Governing Law and Venue

 You agree to raise and try to resolve disputes with us informally by emailing: cassandra@saffronsageastrology.com

​Any claims relating to or arising out of the Terms of Services or Services themselves shall be governed by the state of Nevada. 

Policy Changes

​You will be notified of changes to the terms, conditions, privacy policy, and any other clauses therien via the email you provide within 30 days of said changes.
