WHEN YOU NEED AN ENERGY SHIFT
Distance Reiki is a wonderful way to shift your energy. It gently helps us to release things that are no longer serving us so we can step into our most authentic self.
The energy can be directed toward habits, areas of the body or situations in the past that can use resolution.
Or you can book a Reiki session with an open approach to what unfolds.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A REIKI SESSION?
After we've talked on the phone, we end the phone call and I send the energy from a distance. You're encouraged to relax, lay down and put on calming music if you'd like.
You may feel waves, tingles, heat or cold. Know that anything you feel (or don't feel) is perfect.
Also know that there's nothing you're supposed to think or do. Setting the intention to allow the energy to flow and then doing your best to relax is all you need to do (even if you're an overthinker).
WHAT YOU NEED TO PREPARE
Have a the space and time set aside for quiet.
Give yourself a little extra time after the session before you do anything that requires a lot of focus, like driving.
Make sure you can lay back and relax during the session. You may fall asleep which is normal so be in a place where you could doze off a little comfortably.
When the session ends, you can expect to feel like you would when you just wake up.
(And you may fall asleep. That's okay!)

HOW THE BOOKING & PAYMENT WORKS
For payment I accept Paypal or Venmo. If you don't have either one, but you'd like a consultation, email me at thesaffronsage@gmail.com
You send your payment before the appointment time.
There's no right or wrong amount to donate, but it is important that you give some amount.
REIKI IS NOT RECOMMENDED...
to replace healthcare. Reiki practitioners cannot treat or diagnose any disease.
Reiki should be seen as a supplement to any psychiatric or medical condition.

#1 - CONSENT & PERMISSION - I strongly believe in permission when it comes to energy work. I never send Reiki to anyone without their consent.
#2 - NO FORCED POSITIVITY - I won't tell you that you attracted your problems or that you need to think your way out of them.

No, I don't allow this. I use placidus for natal charts and whole sign for certain techniques. I do not allow clients to choose thier house system. It's okay to ask for clarity between the house systems, but booking a consultation with me means that you trust my method of chart interpretation.
